Do I need to be in the property during the cleaning?
It is not necessary to be in the property. You can let us into the property (or instruct where to collect the keys) and arrive by the end of the session. You can alternatively advise on how to lock and where to leave the keys (if applicable).
Is there anything I need to do before house cleaners show up at my house?
It helps when personal belongings are picked up before our arrival, as this speeds along the cleaning process. It also ensures that your personal belongings aren’t moved somewhere you might lose them.
Do you provide carpet and upholstery cleaning services?
Yes, certainly. We are able to provide a professional carpet steam cleaning for an additional cost. If you wish to include a professional steam cleaning of your carpets, rugs or upholstery, please advise at the time of arranging a booking.
Do I need to provide your team with cleaning equipment or supplies?
No. We supply materials and equipment.
